Sledge, you are just a world of information. Thanks for the coupon code. I've been wanting to order a deflector for my Escape but didn't want to pay the $12 shipping because it's oversized. I used the coupon and it worked. Now I only paid $2 shipping. Thanks again.

Whenever you're about to buy something online, see if the site asks for a coupon code, then open a separate tab/window and search for "coupon code" and the store name. It takes only a minute and you can get some big savings.

I'll probably buy the sunshade soon.

If you can find something else to bring you up to the $50, I would. I have the bag for my Escape and it's really not worth it. It's more trouble to store it in the bag and to just throw it in the back seat. I don't use it that much.

Thanks for the update.

But just this morning I was noticing how having a pillar that is more horizontal reduces your visiblilty more than an more vertical pillar.
I'd not want anything on the glass that would further reduce my visibility.

I'd still opt for a sun shield that I could fold up and put away when driving.

Safety is more important.

I just received my Sunshade. It is very nice...now my car nice and cool!

I also have that shade. I got in two days ago from UPS. I like it.
