"Civic Hybrid misses list of fuel savers"

Our evening paper frontpage headline continues "Despite excellent mileage, it didn't make the deadline." Anybody figure out the possible consequences of this? (Davis, CA "Enterprise")

The numbers from the '06 are not officially published by the EPA yet. That's all. It will be back on the "list" shortly
