Can I do it?

Congratulations also!
Regarding going the speed limits: I have been doing this for a few months now, and my experience is that there are way more of us mellow, unhurried drivers on the road than I first imagined. When I'm in the right lane of a multi-lane road, I have noticed a number of people who seem content to just follow along behind at a normal distance, or even lagging behind, when I go at the speed limit or slightly above. And when we keep getting to the next red light at the same time as the jackrabbits who accelerate like mad, and then slam on the brakes at the next light, the folks following me seem to see the wisdom of going at a reasonable, unhurried speed.
Or maybe I'm just imagining that last part.
Either way, I have been pleasantly surprised by the number of other reasonable drivers on the road. Even here in California.
