iirc, it's for cars that get epa estimate of 45+mpg? It would be nice if it were on all hybrids, or maybe cars with sulev rating.

That reminds me -- the other day on the 405N around Long Beach, we saw an Accord Hybrid with a clean-air sticker on it. If I'd have been driving, I'd have sped up and written down their license plate and had 'em busted. And, it wasn't the white one for like a CNG conversion, it was the yellow one.

I am sure that wasn't a legitimate application of the sticker.
