Code for info screen
My 2005 Accord Hybrid sat for too long and the 12V battery ran down. 
After jump starting it, everything works OK except for the info screen for air conditioning, nav, etc, which is prompting for a 4-digit code. I tried the 4-digit radio code, but that didn't work. Should I get this code from my Honda dealer?

You either already have it in your literature, or you need to get it from the dealer. You will have to show proof of ownership.
I strongly encourage you to replace your 12V as it is likely damaged, and stop letting the car sit. A great way to trigger a hybrid battery failure is to let it sit.
