IMA failure?
I just finished replacing the 100A fuse behind the junction board. Fired it up, followed every procedure to the letter, and it recalibrated about a dozen times before settling at fully charged. I thought I'd solved my issues. If I let it sit for about 10 minutes at an idle, the battery will camp at 100% charged.
But it isn't that easy. I'm getting P1446 - battery module individual voltage input deviation & P0A7F - battery module deterioration (although that's intermittent).
Stick #11 is giving me anywhere from ~13 V to ~18. No consistency, no obvious cause, you get the idea. The "solution", i suppose, would be to replace stick 11 - if anyone has some pointers on how to do so, I'd appreciate it. But I know it's also immediately off the battery current sensor, and I'm wondering if I managed to knock that or damage it somehow in the process of sorting out that junction board. Does anyone know how I can narrow it down or sort this out? If you need any specific values/data, let me know, I can read most of it with my scanner.
