But I had previously checked all the wires' continuity, so how is B1 getting no voltage? Wait, what is this? Ah ha!
Well that's a type of protection for overcurrent. It's temperature sensitive. I soldered it back again.

Hello There,
I have a similar situation where I am getting 173 volts overall at the terminals and no assist/ green charging bars or ima battery bars.
You said you were getting 175 volts so if the plate was broken as shown in the picture how were you getting 175 volts ?

I have got new batteries from Alibaba and replaced those each at 15.8 volts , I am not getting those to work. The 12V is charging around 13.9 to 14.02 from the DC converter. Not sure what to do. Have fully charger 12v battery and there is no red light for it. I can hear the IMA relay click at ignition but both Engine light and IMA lights are on.
The BCM connector currents are all showing around 15.78 - 15-80 range and I am getting the full 173 volts at 2 pins of the connector. I am waiting on ODB2 like you to get the code not sure what to try next.

I have the same problem on my 2008 honda civic. Can you tell me how you solved the problem?

Default hi!

2006 with 105k miles, reconditioned the battery sticks as I've done a few times before. Everything went well until I put the battery pack back in the car and started it up. It used the crank starter and got the 12V and IMA lights on the dash. I'm getting 0V out of the battery pack, so for some reason, the main relay is not getting voltage and switching it on. Here's what I've checked: Fuses under the hood and dash - good Battery pack 100A fuse - good Battery pack voltage to the main relay - 175V Main relay operates with 12V input - yes Precharge resistance - good, 40 Ohm All connectors/cables condition - good Anything else I can check? I've tried cycling the 12V battery a couple times as well. Appreciate any suggestions!
You it is serious?

I haven't had to troubleshoot anything like this. When you activate the main relay with 12V, do you get full pack voltage at the terminals?

HCH2 . Same problem as the iniciator of this topic mrecount. IMA battery check lights on. No charging 12v battery at any revs. P1570. Only 90V on high voltage terminals while ignition on. Relay on the battery control panel not klicking when switching the ignition on. 165V between plus terminal and relay. C anybody say where the control panel relay gets voltage from, after ignition on?
