Swapping one bad pair of sticks with brand new ones.
2008 Civic. I've got one pair of sticks that has 0.6 lower voltage from average (16V), and that causes problems. Is it better to get a brand new one or used one? Wouldn't the new one be to good for the rest and couse problems other way?
