Anyone higher?"
You are going a great job, but Yes 51 cars are higher than 52.5 in our GreenHybrid database where 2884 people have been entering their mileage.
372 have a 2006 HCH.
Lifetime averages range from 31 MPG to 63.9.

Re: highest miles 2006 HCH
when we first picked it up in10/05 we were averaging about 47-49 MPG. It
did gradually get better. worst was 44.5 back in 12/05. the best was 61.5 mpg back in 08/06. last tank was 52.8 mpg. this is actual not by computer on dash. that is off about 1-2 mpg in the negative..
if it reads 51 mpg you will be actually getting about 52-53 mpg.

POO ON YOU, JORDANCS !!! =) I bought mine on August 7th and as of Thursday night it had 11,800. Fortunately, the car took a trip to Indianapolis, IN this weekend without me but that is a 700-mile trip and I'm also planning on hitting the Milwaukee, WI group's Gathering this next weekend and that will add 1,100 miles to the car so by the car's 12th birthday (Oct. 30) it should have around 14,000 miles. Assuming you don't do more than 1,000 miles this week then I'll surpass you. <sheepish grin>
You are at 12,707 miles in 25 tanks (49 mpg) in the Database and I'm at 11,818 miles in 22 tanks (48 mpg). Our cars must be twins. I should be around at least 30,000 miles for the year when August '07 rolls around. My daily trips vary so I might hit only 26,000 miles or it might be 42,000 miles. Can't tell for sure until August rolls around again. Man do I love this car.
