Broken mirror turn signal. Need help.
Hi gang. Been lurking for a while. Thanks for all the previous advice and support.
I just picked up a rock that busted my right (passenger) turn signal mirror lens in my 2008 HCH-II. I found the replacement online for about $124 (ouch). Has anyone here every replaced your mirror turn signal assembly and if so, how hard was it to disassemble the mirror and swap out the part?
I do most of the repairs myself when I can if they are within my ability and this should be. I looked at the schematic on Bernardi but don't know how this thing comes apart. Do I have to remove it from the door?
