Radiator overfill

Radiator overfill
2005 civic hybrid....I overfilled my radiator bottle as I could not see level ...was able to siphon out some....my honda MC has overflow tube....anything like that on the car.....is there a worst case scenario....many thanks for any help...you’ve helped in the past but I had to get new log in creds...use to be philwford....
