We hit a deer recently and just got our '04 HCH back from the body shop. They used an after market hood and it seems like the gap between the sides of the hood and the side panels is larger than we remember. It now measures approx 1/4". Anyone willing to quickly measure theirs? It's possible we just never noticed it before.

The gap between my car's hood and each of the side panels measures 2/16" toward the front of the car, and 3/16" on the end nearest the windshield.
