I've been remiss not reporting after my Greenbean replacement.

The replacement went well and he was done in an hour.
He replaced it with no issues.
I drove it awhile that day and felt so much better.
Went to leave town next morning and my Bouncie told me weak battery report.
It was holiday weekend so I ended up at Autozone for a new 12v battery.
Almost like the new hybrid battery showed the 12v was weak.
The 12v battery was the GM from around 2010 making it 10 years old.
I can't remember the last time a car battery lasted that long.
Now with both batteries replaced it drives great.
Driving back from NC I got 27mpg which I've never seen.

Almost like replacing both was the best route.

Long 12V battery life is much more common in hybrids since they do almost nothing. Even here in Phoenix where starter batteries give it up in 2-3 years, hybrid batteries commonly go 5+ years, and I've seen two go 14 years.

lt1gmc had some good advice

CHECK THE TRAS pump connector first it's on the rear passenger seat under the plastic panel...

clean the connector good even it looks "clean" for some people this connector was melting as well

Fixed my autostop issues lag and 10mph jerking issues....

Tahoe_08, that is the HV battery 12V and comm bus connector. Has nothing to do with the transmission pump.

This is NOT the connector I was referring to, I was talking about the two connectors down below the black box that is to the right (passenger side of battery) of the 12 volt battery under the hood!

Guys, I apologize for the confusion, the two connectors I referred to in my posts are the ones under the hood, to the right side of battery and under the black control box located there by the radiator and down lower from the 12 volt battery. These pics are from my 13 Denali Hybrid and a bit different than the earlier ones but give you an idea of the area.

try using your finger as to which wire i do see a lone pair of wires in the aux box (thicker then normal) near the top inside the fuse box
i'm having an issue getting that one out of the socket i don't know how to remove the retainer
