Default Three beeps then doors lock

I have a 2010 Tahoe Hybrid and can't find documentation on this. Sometimes when I am getting out of the car it beeps three times. Then when I close the driver's door, it locks the car. Now I looked in the PDF of the manual and couldn't find anything. I've seen auto lock in forums but that seemed to pertain to locking while the car is in drive. I park in my garage at home and at work so don't really need or want this on. Is there a way to turn it off?

This happens if you accidentally(or purposely) push the power lock button while the drivers door is open and the key is out of the ignition, if it is happening when you aren't doing this than something may be wrong like maybe the car thinks the lock button is being pushed.

Well after playing around with it a bit, I think what happened was that occasionally I would accidentally bump the keyfob trying to lock the doors but because my keys were still in the car it beeped to warn me. It then proceeded to lock the door once I got out of the vehicle (with my keys of course).

So no big deal.
