Contacted them, they still have two with Nav and DVD (I think sunroof too?)
Black - $41,841 out the door w/6% sales tax included in that price, I would have to pay another 2% or $1,200 more in CA taxes making it $43K.
Graystone - $43,237 out the door + my CA sales tax totaling $44K(more expensive due to preventative rust coating on vehicle).

Note that they were both used as demos and the black has 4,000 miles while the Graystone has 3,000 miles.

They offered to deliver to me in CA as part of the prices quoted above.

I am going to pass on these deals as I think I am getting just about as good a deal here in SJ but thought I would pass it on.

Thanks AA for helping out - We are going to buy one tonight and you helped in our negotiations. You are loving that OR has no sales tax. Here in CA I ended up with the following breakout for a Tahoe 4x4 Hybrid, Nav, aftermarket DVD (Alpine), and no sun-roof:
Car = $42,845
Tax = $3,885
Other fees (DMV, Doc, Tire) = $1,353
Out the door = $45,412
They are actually throwing in the DVD, 4 headsets for free and some other small items (chrome mirror caps, doorhandles, some pin striping) at cost or free as well)

Happy hunting out there.
