my bad, i ment to circle the end of the relay that connected to the battery.

no voltage from either terminal to the case, neither solenoid/relay is stuck closed.

On a Toyota (this battery is made by Toyota), this would essentially eliminate the chance that the hybrid battery is the source of the HV isolation fault unless it's the battery computer itself.

I've changed the computer as well, so I doubt that's the cause.
