2006 FEH. Jumper switch always flashes slow even with new battery car wont start.
Have a 2006 ford escape hybrid that I believe the HV battery is completely depleted. Car was sitting for about 8 months.
Tried jump procedure but jumper button always flashes slow no matter what. i installed new battery and still same thing. I hooked up a charger same thing.
Checked intertia switch in rear its pushed in and front inertia switch is pushed in.
Any way to test these inertia switches?
What can i do to get power to HV battery if jumper button always flashes slow?
