Default Tune Up Parts & Procedures
Has anyone done their tune up? If so any tips or hints? Which parts did you replace and at what mileage did you do it?

I've not done this myself, but thought I'd mention that at 100K I did have Ford do the recommended service (new spark plugs and fuel system cleaning) on my 2008 and it really improved my MPG (+5mpg).
