Default Sudden short loss of power, car skips/stutters

Is it critical to have the TBCM reprogrammed with latest calibrations when replacing rear/high voltage battery blend door actuator?

I figured out the loss of power resulting in a quick skip/stutter of the car with the traction icon on the dash alerting is due to the TBCM. It then goes away. The dreaded "Yellow Wrench" then comes on as a result of the stutter. Sg shows no code.

After much reading on the forum I think I can change the blend door actuator myself. It is the reprogramming that I am concerned with and if necessary will take it to Ford.
