Default Seat Cover Install Problem?

In order to install the covers, I need to remove the hard plastic trim around the front seats. Any ideas?

Thanks...Dan.

I had seat covers made by Coverking and didn't need to remove the plastic trim to install them. I simply fished the elastic tie down with hook between the seat and the plastic and then pulled it through a hole out the bottom.

Do you have full curtain air bags? If so do not cover the sides of the seats. If there is a sticker on the outside part of the seat backs that says airbag do not cover them....

Coverking makes custom seat covers that have a cutout on the side for airbags, so, yes THOSE are safe with seats with airbags. That's why I paid $200 bucks for custom covers rather than getting $50 ones at Pep Boys which are not safe.

I believe that Wet O-kole (spelling ?) also makes custom seat covers that are safe to use with seats with airbags.

There are no airbags in the seats, I can try the fishing between the plastic but would prefer to remove the trim.

Thanks for the help...Dan.
