TSB = Technical Service Bulletin, it's basically a repair procedure for a commonly reported problem by customers. TSBs are provided by manufacturers to dealers.
The update is to the unit, NavData is stored inside those CDs, if you want update those, just buy new CDs.

Do you have the number? When I go to the dealer, it would be nice to have some backup info. From past experience, they might say, "We've never heard of that problem..."
