Headliner repair suggestions?

Headliner repair suggestions?
So the front or windshield edge of my headliner is starting to come loose and sag. I'm wondering what others have done to fix this.
I know there are clips for sale. Other sites recommend spray adhesive or double-sided tape.
I think some sort of a long plastic strip I could just clip along the whole front edge would work but I cant seem to find anything like it anywhere.
Thanks!

Re: Headliner repair suggestions?
seems like it would be a problem spraying that into the area of the sag;
i have the same problem in my 2009 but it is all the way in the back end;
could one spray into an open can and use a brush to spread in into the needed area?

Re: Headliner repair suggestions?
I use weldwood contact cement. Use the brush and apply a coat to the headliner material and to the base; allow to become tacky then press together. It does tend to bleed a bit through the material but not noticeable up by the windshield. What actually happens is the foam deteriorates [dry rot] and eventually the entire headliner will start to sag and need full replacement.
