Today I attempted to replace my low beam headlight bulbs on my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid; I ordered the Phillips X11 low beam bulbs. I found the bulb very difficult to turn counterclockwise to remove but I finally got it out... My problem is, I can't get the new burns back and what is worse, I may have worn out the light catch on the light assembly. I am not sure why the bulb will not turn.. Can someone help, this should be easy.
