So the wrench is making it's occasional appearance again. SG says it 9239 = Blend Door again.

So I assume this is still an out of Hybrid warranty issue, and its only like a $25 part & a 1-2hr job; depending on how you do it.

But the thread I saw says not to buy the Dorman part, once person says they installed 2 bad ones in a row from Rockauto. So I guess I want an OEM part. The link posted was to an ebay auction that is long over; and the link to a ford dealer says the part is discontinued.

so what is the current/best part # for the early 08 model?
