Found a non-hybrid version but it is very different with hybrid. Hybrid's Black/Gray is ground while non-hybrid's Black/Gray is 12v+
Anyone has the diagram for hybrid?
I checked a 2006 service manual I have and it doesn't show anything with grey at all. Perhaps they changed colors on the 08. Though, just to double-check.. are you looking at the original Ford wires or are you looking at the wires coming from an aftermarket adapter that's plugged into the ford connector?
If you let me know which pin you're curious about then I can look up what that circuit is. Though, most diagrams are unlikely to show you the polarity, rather, they usually only tell you its purpose.
I tested all the stereo wires but found no +12V ACC. I guess ford used a +5V as the factury stereo's ACC. I had to wire a +12V ACC from fuse box to my new stereo.

Do you mind taking a picture and showing where you did this? I have a need also.
My 2006 had a switched 12V outlet in the front, but my 2009 has constant power. Not sure whether that difference came with the 2008 "cosmetic" changes or the 2009 update.

I wish I took a photo before I sold it but it's not too hard to locate the fuse with a multi-meter. Install the backup camera is difficult though. I'd not work on such kind of projects again.
