09 Nav Sys. CD Player Issues?

So I have a month-old 09 FEH....

Anyhow, I have noticed 3 times something really weird happening (it seems to be at random, but I dont know for sure). I will turn the car off after listening to satellite radio or FM. When I come back and turn it on and start backing up, the CD (already pre-loaded from a long while back) will just start playing at track #1, cutting off the radio. It hasn't happened every time, but has anyone else noticed anything similar? Or does anyone have an idea of what could be happening? It's like it's thinking I JUST loaded a CD....

Sometimes mine goes to AM... I think it might have something to do with Sync and bluetooth... but my car is 5000 miles away... I get to see her in 8 days!
