MP3 player doesn't connect in Plug In
My Sony MP3 player works in wife's 2013 Prius but does not connect in my 2012 Advanced Plug In. It charges the player but will not play. I use the same USB cord in both vehicles yet in my car, the player does not connect or play.
Does anyone else experience this and what is done to correct this. Went back to the dealer and 2 sales people could not figure this out. Car is on the road 1 week with electronic questions.
