Anyone here bought the "Extended Service Plan" from the dealer while they buy their Pirus, my dealer in Puente Hill California offering me a service plan cost $2200 for 6yrs/100k , but I refused them, do I did right or mistake??

You did the right thing by not overpaying for it.
Over at priuschat.com you can get the 7yr/100k extended warranty for $990 (MSRP $1650) and the 4yr/55k pre-paid service plan for $875 (MSRP $1355).

Here is my seconding regarding not buying service plans from your local dealer.
Two years ago I purchased the seven year, 75K extended warranty for $690 and the
five year, 55K pre-maintenance plan for $670, both from Troy via priuschat.
I would do so again.
