BTW, We just returned from a long vacation and got 33.7mpg averaging 82mph or more for most of the trip.

I'd turn my consumption screen off too. To each their own.

 

What a great idea for Toyota... turn the Camry into a two-player gaming machine. The fuel consumption of each player could be recorded individually. Excellent, Smithers.

 

That would be nice... the individual FE could be associated with the key fob, and also would include memory seat and mirror adjustments...

 

I have three fobs and three drivers. Where do you end the madness?

Your TCH came with 3 fobs? Ours only has two.

 

I negotiated for the 3rd one for free. I purchased and extra for all the cars I own(ed) with Smart Entry. I paid the ripoff price for the 3rd one on the Prius and XLE-V6 but got it for free with the TCH.
Those extra fobs are EXPENSIVE. I paid $275 for the Prius and XLE fob(s) but saw quotes as high as $500 from nearby dealers. Considering the entire Smart Key system is an approx $475 addon and it includes two fobs I don't understand how Toyota commands such a high price on the extra fobs.

My wife has let it be known that she's going to drive the Camry like any other car without regard to FE. So far I've only allowed her to put 20 miles on the car.

 

I know what your saying but at 82mph average, four adults (two males at a little over 200lbs), luggage (the trunk was packed) and a lot of mountain highway, I think the TCH did outstanding!

I could not ask for more and my friends that rode in the back seats were amazed at the room and comfort.
