What did you trade in to buy your new Camry?
2000 Nissan Maxima (5spd manual) Fun fast car, but 20 mpg. I love the Camry. My first Toyota. the fully loaded TCH makes my old Maxima seem very spartan. My wife has a Civic hybrid. She gets 45.4 mpg. I'm getting 40.6 which is phenomenal considering how much heavier and more powerful the Camry is compared to the civic. We still have a '98 4wd Explorer which is rarely driven. We only use it to haul stuff, cart my drums around and for off-road excursions. (We lived on the Navajo reservation for a few years and now in New Mexico).
I had a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP that I babied. My wife blacked out driving it and ripped the front passenger corner, including the entire suspension, clean off the car using a utility pole. Well, even though it was a great car, I am still very happy with our new TCH. Just wasn't planning on the extra expense of a car this year, but at least my wife was fine.
Like you I miss only the memory seats and the auto windows.
No trade, but sold a 2005 Acura TL. The TL is a great car and lots of fun to drive… a totally different car than the Camry. Actually got 32 mpg on the highway, but not so good on my city commute everyday. I guess I was tied of the rough (sport) ride and all the rattles. I’m glad I made the change and am enjoying the Camry Hybrid.
Should note the dealer did not offer a fair trade, but did do a “simultaneous transaction” for me and saved me a bunch of sales tax. Essentially, they took possession of my TL and then sold it directly to my buyers. They handled all the paperwork, transferring titles, collecting money, etc. and charged me $50 for the service. The catch was it all had to be done at the same time that I bought the Camry, so my buyers had to be cooperative. Worked great and saved me over $1600 in sales tax.

I started out with an 06 Pontiac G6 GT 2 door, but it was horrific in the snow (worse than my Hyundai Accent haha) so I bought a used 4runner which promptly died approximately 2 months later. So I traded in my G6 for an Envoy which I adored, but 17 mpg x a 35 mile (one way) commute left me broke at the end of every month. So I looked around and discovered the Camry. The first time I drove it I fell in love. I've had it a week (+1 day) and I'm wondering why I didn't get one in the first place?
