Default Turn Signals in Side Mirrors

I was looking for the turn signals that are found on other cars and found this website...http://www.kwmuth.com/products/kits/220-0270.htm , just in case anyone was looking to add something to their car that will differentiate themselves from other camrys.

I just read thru the installation manual and this looks like a great kit. And it costs less than the price of a single "turn-signal mirror" from Japan.

At the top of the page it says "for USA built only" (paraphrasing). I guess that eliminates my Camry. Why would that be?

I wonder if the kit will reduce the function of the mirrors. They look like they are opaque and not clear. I also wonder if the heated mirrors on my TCH will cause any problems with the glue.

They offer a heated version, so I doubt that will be a problem.

I see in reading the manual that the mirrors are replacement mirrors, so there should be no problem. I thought it was something that was glued to the existing mirrors.
After reading the complex installation manual, I don't think I want to give it a try anyway. I would surely screw up something.
