you are right flopshot. One poster used aftermarket lights from ebay while the other poster just showed pics from his soon-to-be father in laws vehicle. here is one of the pics;

Someone must have done some work on this. Those look like the factory plastic pieces, but these in the picture are the same color as the vehicle, not black like on the SE and XLE.

This really need to be factory and not aftermarket ebay crap. My mom has an XLE and the auto on and off with the lights. Aftermarket might not do this unless you wire them inline.

These covers could be the aftermarket covers that are being sold in the Ebay kit and then simply painted. For covers that small, you can buy a can of matched paint from PaintScratch and do it yourself. A coat of primer, few coats of paint and a few coats of clearcoat, and you would be all set. After all, who is going to notice the paint quality of those covers at the bottom of the front bumper!

Hi Elmo,

My xenondepot kit just arrived today. I will be installing it over the weekend. I'm interested in how you modified the harness so it just plugged into the headlight plug. Could you explain to me what you did?

Also, any advice on installing it?

Thanks!

Hey Bumzyman,
I've got some foglights for a TCH but I don't want to install the aftermarket switch, like you mentioned in your earlier thread. Did you get your foglights installed and hooked up to a production stalk switch? Any pictures? What did it cost? I'm taking my Camry in for a free oil change next week and I figure I could have them do the work if its possible.
