Ok, now we need to make up a v7.1 hack. *sigh* I need the 7.1 files.

does anyone know if this will work with 7.1? i have the 7.1 dvd and i swapped the loading kiwi file, but the dvd isn't recognized. i was successful with 6.1. could it be that i used a different name brand dl dvd?

Of course if you make a combo disk, the "I agree" button, which is gone in 7.1 will come back.

I actually think the speed pulse generator is probably a better solution. It should work with all future versions, and you won't be getting farther and farther behind in the OS.

I have built the speed pulse generator, but have not been able to get it to work yet.

There is a person on tundrasolutions that has a TCH who got it to work. His post is in the tundra section as that is where this mod came from.

By just adding the switch to the speed sensor wire and disconnecting the sensor, you can buy yourself about 2 minutes of override time. This might be enough to fiddle with the nav, and if you need more time, just cycle the switch.

I still want the spg, so I don't have to cycle the switch to get more override time.

Looks like I won't be buying the v7.1 disc and really would really appreciate someone building me a v6.1 hacked disc as I'm not able to do so.

I have a set of lovely coasters that I am will to sell real cheap!!!!! I have tried 3 different programs and still can't get it right!!! Any suggestions. It's not like I really need it but would like the option. I don't like manufacturers making decisions for me. This is as bad a Verizon and their phones. Anyone willing to help a brother out??
