In reading the recall it is FAR from clear as to how long the time period, RANDOM time period, of the NON-BRAKING event from ABS initial activation might be. Without a more definitive number to work with I would not avoid having the reflash done.

The carpet and gas pedal recall I would ignore as that is nothing more or less than a big smoke screen IMO.

There is no reflash TSB for the TCH.

Was in for service this week and told them I did not want the gas pedal cut off etc and they said they highly recommended it but ok and noted that on the work order.
