To save off a series of numbers, like the pin number or password for your voicemail, etc. So you use a speed dial to dial into your company voicemail system, then hit a speed tone button to enter your password.

Thanks...so how do you use it? Do you use it during a call or something? If I made a call and needed to enter a series of numbers can I use it then. If so how do I use it? The manual is vague...
