Default Some Direction, Please

Long time member, haven't been around awhile.

Please direct me to the appropriate U.S. TSB for the 07 CamHy center console squeak.

07 CamHy purchased 09/06 with center console squeak.

Been fighting w/dealership over it since a few months into ownership.

Did a search and there are just wayy too many threads that contain center console squeak. After 15 minutes I was spent.
I only found a canadian TSB, which when I took into them they did not perform, and instead replaced the whole console last month.

Squeak is back.

arrrrgh.

Many thanks.

Yeah, I've been thinking about trying to get this taken care of, too. Car's 3+ years old now but that squeak is starting to get old.

TSB- NV005-07 SHIFTER TRIM SQUEAK NOISE. This was the only TSB I could find from Green Hybrid on the console. One said it made his worse and others said it cleared the squeak up.

Here is a May, 2007 page that talks about this subject.

Thanks RBurt, but no joy.

The tundrasolutions link is broken, and when you dig to the last page of that post, it mentions post 104 on the list of pertinent TSBs which is the Canadian TSB

Sorry I forgot to mention about the TundraSolutions link being broken. I was hoping you might read others post with a similar problem and know more what needs to be done. I did not know other than they did list this TSB, although I could not find no details on it.

Good Luck, hope you get if fixed.

All else fails, you can always do it yourself.

How to remove the center console (to change shifter light to LED). You don't need any fancy plastic removal tools (unless I'm breaking the clips...).

Thanks much, Alph.

This canadian TSB is what I gave them and the lunkheads still didn't fix it.

There HAS to be a US TSB for this. I'll point them to the Youtube vid if noone comes up with the US TSB number.
