We had my wife's TCH Service Campaign 90A done today. My wife drove it home and stated the car handled just fine. One thing, we had to leave it at the shop all day.

 

We had this service done about 3 weeks ago. Today as my son was driving the car, he heard strange sound, lost control of steering as the car swerved to the right and hit the curb. Fortunately no injury but the tire blew and the whole right wheel is now clearly several inches out of alignment. We have never had any problem with the vehicle, always dealer maintained. Sounds like the new EPS failed or poor installation...

 

My dealer says they are severely backlogged on getting the parts for this repair. I'm also told there's no loaner car as this repair can be completed in under one day. Anyway, I'll post back with my experiences later just in case others are curious.
