Default Seat Covers?

Hi,

I just purchased the base TCH. Wondering if anyone has recommendations on seatcovers both for front and rear?

Thanks! Paula

I can highly recomend GT Covers @ www.gtcovers.com. I installed them on front and rear seats of my new Prius and I'm very happy with them. They really fit well. Of course, I don't suppose they're the cheapest.

I'd avoid seat covers. May cause problems with the seat-mounted side airbags.

That's what I thought too but the company says their covers will not inhibit deployment as long as you get the side air bag version of the covers.

I bought in Kmart 2 bath towels and a face towel for the center arm rest, to match for a total of $6.00 secured them with bungee cords until they have to be washed. They are very comfortable and stay-put with the standard cloth interior.

Interesting info VREX. Thanks!

Freeagn....I do agree, that seatcovers aren't the "style" that I would choose for my TCH. (Shades of Grandma and the couch with the plastic cover that you NEVER were allowed to sit on. ) However, I can see with Kids, Pets, etc., that it could be a good choice for some.
