Default Prius to Camry Hybrid
Hi everyone,

I've received new Camry Hybrid this afternoon. I liked my old Prius, but I needed more room for our family. I really like it a lot. (Nothing wrong with Prius...) I cannot wait to find out what kind of mileage I will get with Camry Hybrid. I know it will be less mileage than Prius, but...

I am just excited!!!

Ahh,

I consider Prius owners to be the real core of the hybrid owner, so I am definitely looking forward to seeing how you like the TCH.

Did you keep the Prius?

Our Camry Hybrid, which is 3 weeks old, averages between 39 and 40. Just made a 18 mile trip yesterday with hills and some levels and town driving and the MPG from start to finish was 47.5 MPG. Bil

I traded in my '04 Prius in early July for a TCH. I loved the Prius. I love the TCH. Was getting 45 summer 35 winter in the Prius. Have been getting 40+ on the TCH don't know what winter will do.

My Prius was 50 MPG. So I hope around 40 MPG for Camry.

Many people here are getting that, so it's not an unrealistic expectation.

Thanks for the info. I cannot wait to fill up the tank. It will take about a month to find out.

Check out the TCH Mileage Database, it certainly is possible to get 40 MPG. I had one tank that averaged 50mpg for the first 180 miles on my TCH!
