Passing along Ideas to Toyota?

Passing along Ideas to Toyota?
The fun of this discussion group is sharing experiences helping each other out. I was looking for a way to pass along a few ideas to Toyota product management that might be fun to see in your purchase! Does any know of a way to communicate those ideas?
I realize I am making a big ASUMPION that they will even care. A Suggestion Box can become a COMPLAINT center vs. a constructive exchange of ideas.
As a Side note I wonder if TCH Product Management spends any time monitoring user groups like Green Hybrid? The marketing department for the company I work for will spend time keep tabs on user groups, (listen only). I could not find anything in my Google searches.
Thank you in advance!

Write them. Almost every company has a customer service department and most will pay attention to a good idea. Toyota made a lot of money making cars that the consumer wants. GM and Ford lost a lot of money making cars that consumers didn't want. It stands to reason that they'd be open to hearing a good idea.

I would be extremely surprised if the Toyota marketing department does not spend the small effort to read this user group. Marketing people do some crazy things to discover what the customers want. Sometimes, they even listen to what the customers are saying.
