Exclamation Official Toyota Hybrid Owner's Website

Has anyone joined Toyota's new hybrid owner's site? What do you think of it?

So far, it's a waste of time. The whole site is done in Macrovision Flash, so it's pretty, but functionality is limited, and it doesn't work at all using Firefox - you must use Internet Explorer. Once you get through the overstylized registration interface, there's very little there - the TCH Demo didn't even work for me. In the end, it's just a big advertisement. The real information is right here at GreenHybrid.

Personally, I think all of Toyota's efforts on the web are poor - too much control by the Art Designer, and not enough about the cars.

Cheers,

Agreed. I am waiting until they get it right. There are plenty of good alternatives now.

I agree with Dr. Drew. The only purpose of this website is so that you can select all the great things about your TCH so that they can post it there for other users.

I also feel that there is too much glitz and glitter and not enough substance to most Toyota websites. The one exception is Toyota iguide, which I think is great.

May be one of the worst sites I have been on as far as content and navigation. SK
