Is there a Guide that just shows the basics of the NAV system and Audio?

My wife is pretty well challenged by the manual and when I sat down with her to show her in the book - well - I was not doing a very good job of it..

If it's a new car, maybe the dealer can spend a few minutes with you...just a suggestion

 

It's a 2007 and the dealer is almost as ignorant as we are.. They were of no help when we took delivery (since the TCH was new for 2007 and they claimed ignorance of all the systems)...

I don't use the Nav myself and rarely even listen to the sound system. Hence I am a poor teacher..
