same here, 09 with leazther package 8way + lumbar, passenger 4way

Yes, it is. When I bought mine, the feature was described as 8-way power, but I agree - I would call it 10-way

Well then, if that's the case, fantastic! Still bummers for the passenger though. My mum misses the height/tilt adjustment.

I agree. It wouldn't be that big a deal (or expense) to have equipped the passenger side the same way. On the other hand, our last car had manual seats, so its still a step up.

You're right. Checked out the auto show. It was 10-way power. Why didn't Toyota mentioned it? yeesh. The HiHy Limited has 12-way power!! (cushion extension)
