Here's a list of voice commands for the 2006 Toyota Prius Nav system they appear to work with the Camry Nav too.

One item to consider when using the Prius Voice Activated Commands: The Prius' climate control system is integrated with the "Voice System". On the TCH, the Climate Control System (A/C, Heat, etc) is separate, therefore, those commands will have no impact.

Review the documentation you received with the car - I think there is a double-sided "card" with a quick reference list of all the commands supported by the Camry's NAV/Voice activation system.
Quickly perusing the link for the '06 prius commands above they seem very similar to the ones published for the TCH.
