I see 07's on a reg basis now that i have purchased one but still have not seen another TCH on the road!!I live in the charlotte NC area.

 

Only seen 2 TCH in far north Chicago suburbs...Mundelein, Libertyville area...I know there are more because the dealers have been selling them

 

Kind of the same thing happened to me. I have only seen one other TCH on the road, but several weeks ago, in Fairfax, VA, I almost parked next to my twin! Just as I was exiting my car, he was returning to his, so we did a quick 5 minute comparo. He loves his car as much as I love mine. A brother-in-arms!

3 months ago, I special ordered a Blue Ribbon Metallic with ash leather seats and Navigation (no sun roof).

I received a call last week that my car is on the boat on the way to the dealer.

I saw two Jasper Pearls this past week. One parked on a side street in the Norwood Park neighborhood of Chicago and the other right behind me on Dundee Rd in Northbrook, IL.

 

WHY would anyone remove the badges?? That's like painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa! Seriously, when I was considering moving up to TCH from my Prius, one on the "negative" items on my comparison sheet was the way Toyota attempted to downplay the hybrid identification. I want everyone to know it's a hybrid. Without some kind of ID, people might think I was one of those idiots driving cars that get 22 mpg, who care not a whit for the melting ice caps.

Want to send me one of the badges? The TCH needs one like it has on the sides on the back-left, to blanace the HSD emblem, which is way too small.

 

Last weekend we had a Silver TCH pass us going to Omaha, Nebraska East on I-80. Only problem was we did not have our TCH but a Honda CRV so it was impossible to have two TCH cars together. However, we did have pictures of our Blue Ribbon Metallic TCH in the car. (For what that was worth) Another missed opportunity to show our stuff. Other than than we have not seen any others.

 

So, you're not counting Saturday evening when we were parked side by side?!? Ha!!

We also spotted a red TCH on the way home yesterday afternoon.

Saw my first TCH in the wild today. A silver, in the parking garage at my work. So it's one of my co-workers....
