Default How do you get rid of "wiper burn-in"?

Is there a way to get rid of "wiper burn-in"? You know where the passenger side wiper ends (approx. in the middle of the windshield straight up and down) there's always a line, plus the circular bottom of the 2 wipers.

I clean my windshield really well using a glass cleaner and newspaper, then apply Rain-X to it. It doesn't get rid of it permanently though. It'll come back after a while, but then you do the process over again (clean, rain-x)
