To the OP, mine had same miles but had NAV and lets just say i paid significantly more than your "LE" imposter. Good find and I'm sure you will enjoy.
I went from BMW X5 to my 08 TCH, and of course their are things I miss but I'm enjoying my TCH so far (3000 miles later).
