Clear Bra
I wouldn't get it form the dealer - they have a huge mark up - just look in the phone book for a 3m authorized/trained dealer - that's how I found mine - $425 installed at my house for the entire front end, mirrors, and door handles..... Lifetime warranty....
I had mine done by the dealer - they marked it down quite a bit, and we thought it was reasonable. I think it was $395, "marked down" from $595 (yeah, right). We'll be having the side windows tinted somewhere else though. A place we've taken all our cars to - they do good work.

Well, I don't know about the tint rules - I trust the window tinter to know about that stuff. As far as the aftermarket tint, the tint shop we usually go to does fabulous work, but my Subaru came with after-market tint from the dealer, and it was crap. It had some bubbles, and started peeling off one window. I'm not taking any chances this time, I'm taking the Camry to our tint shop.
My advice is, ask around - if there's a good window tinter, your friends might know about it.

Only 1300 miles and I already have a pinhole-sized rock chip in the front of the hood.
I ordered a 48" x 60" piece of 3M stuff for the hood for $90 and a 30" x 120" piece for the front bumper for $120.
That's right, I'm going to cover the entire hood and then attempt to do the whole front bumper with a single piece.
I might end up with the stuff wrapped around me like a python but I do have a little bit of experience with clear bra and window tinting.

Regarding tinting, I had mine done by Mr. Tint in Escondido. Find an installer that has experience. Check out this thread on tinting.
Here is a link to the laws pertaining to window tint and one to locate a 3M clear bra installer.
