You hit it restamp, the space saver tire and the different rotational speeds on the inside and outside tires in a turn are fine. What the system is looking for is a skid (no rotation at all) which can be caused by a bad sensor, bad wiring, loose connection, bad plug on the ECU connection or a bad ECU (the most common issues).
