It was done at a dealer. Everything I replaced was at a dealer.

Yes Sir. I have had to replace the steering angle, the Id box and the key fob ecu to even get it to except the key again. ( Do to the water damage). After I did that, the key took and i pushed the start button...it sent power to the new inverter for 2 seconds and stopped. Since then I replaced the hybrid relays in the battery because when I sent power to them, the scan tool told me they didn't turn on. The only thing it shows is the 12volt battery in a yellow top not the "Toyota 12v". So the yellow top doesn't have the battery temp sensor. That is the only thing in codes.

Sorry, I got nothing. Flooding + 2 year sit may be a death sentence. If any of the 14+ computers were submerged, they're probably toast. I've encountered one Prius that was completely dead in the water besides a CEL and single click of the HV relay vs. the two normal clicks. No codes. No other signs of life besides lights. Supposedly, somebody did something that resulted in a couple of fuses popping.

I say water damage but really nothing got submerged. I think the moisture in the car did the ecu's in. But other then knowing I had to replace them because the scan tool told they weren't working. Nothing else is pending. I'm running out of thoughts and processes to follow
